Summer Running Shirt

The expectation is everyone will run consistently over the summer to set the team up for success during the season!

What will it take to receive a Summer Running Shirt?

  • Run 5x/week during the summer (4x/week for Middle Schoolers)
  • Check in w/ Coach Lydia each week
  • That’s it! More details via Coach Lydia’s email.
